The European Commission agrees to complete the deal and Sony Ericsson

Approved by the European Commission today completed the acquisition of Sony Ericsson's share of the company "Sony Ericsson", a partnership which lasted for ten years between the two companies.

The Sony has announced the deal, which amounted to $ 1.47 billion in October 2011 as part of its new plan which will focus heavily on the production and development of smart phones this year after it had previously announced abandonment of the production of low-mobile feature phones.

The company had announced early this month part of CES phone Xperia S and Xperia ion and are the first two phones is issued by the company's branded "Sony" business instead of "Sony Ericsson"
